The space
Welcome to lakefront living at its finest! Perfect for friends, couples, or solo adventurers, this waterfront apartment offers jaw-dropping views of Greenwood Lake and all the comforts of home. We just added a dock, so it's an ideal spot for boating!

Up to 4 guests can sleep comfortably in the apartment:
• Bedroom: sunny room with a king-size bed, ceiling fan, and direct access to the deck
• Living room: pull-out sofa bed can accommodate 2 guests

One full bathroom ensures includes a shower/tub combo, towels, a hair dryer, and basic toiletries.

You’ll love hanging out in the kitchen, living room, outside on the deck or in the backyard. The living spaces feature brand-new furnishings and nice natural light.

Cook up a storm in the kitchen, which features all the appliances you'll need (stove, oven, fridge, and freezer) and wood cabinets. We’ve stocked the kitchen with cookware, dishes, and utensils, plus essentials like a coffee maker and a toaster oven.

Kick back and relax in the living room, where you’ll find a comfortable L-shaped couch and a flat-screen smart TV. There’s a Roku, so you can log in to Netflix, Hulu, HBO Go, etc. with your own accounts (just remember to log out when you leave!).

Just steps away is the expansive deck, which overlooks Greenwood Lake and has some scenic seating options. The deck is the perfect place to enjoy a meal al fresco, watch the sunset with a drink in hand, or stargaze at night.

Outdoor fun can also be had in the backyard, which is complete with lawn chairs and a sprawling grassy area. Let the little ones run free or have a picnic in the grass - the possibilities are endless!
There is a fire pit on the grass by the lake for you to enjoy.

Free parking is available in the driveway and the front door is opened with 24/7 electronic key access.

Within minutes by car or bus, you can access all of the highlights of the town of Greenwood Lake and the spectacular parks nearby.

We understand that there’s a lot of uncertainty in the world right now. But you can be sure about one thing: your rental will be squeaky clean and totally private. We’re taking the following measures to prevent the spread of COVID-19:

✓ 2x sterilization by thoroughly disinfecting all surfaces manually and then using steam nanotechnology with handheld atomizers
✓ Self-check-in with a code/lockbox/electronic lock. All forms of entry are cleaned after each guest departs
✓ All the in-unit amenities you need so you can social distance in comfort

Guest access
During your stay, you’ll have complete and exclusive access to the suite. The building contains other units, but none of the living spaces are shared. Parking is available in the driveway.
