Social distancing? This private apartment is the perfect place to relax and stay healthy.
This gem in Capitol Hill is great for business travelers, couples, or families. It has a full kitchen and modern furnishings - plus access to the gorgeous rooftop terrace. The queen-size bed and sofa bed sleep up to 4 guests, so nobody has to be sleepless in Seattle. Guests rave about the location and easy check-in.
Street parking is available for free after 4pm and access is via stairs only.
The space
We understand that there’s a lot of uncertainty in the world right now. But you can be sure about one thing: your Seattle rental will be squeaky clean and totally private. We’re taking the following measures to prevent the spread of COVID-19:
✓ Professional cleaning before your arrival - We follow the CDC’s recommended cleaning procedures and use CDC approved cleaning supplies.
✓ 2x sterilization by thoroughly disinfecting all surfaces manually and then using steam nanotechnology with handheld atomizers
✓ Self-check-in with a code/lockbox/electronic lock. All forms of entry are cleaned after each guest departs
✓ All the in-unit amenities you need so you can social distance in comfort
Make yourself at home in this roomy 410-square-foot apartment in Capitol Hill. No need to rent a car; great restaurants and nightlife are within walking distance in this vibrant neighborhood.
Up to 4 guests can sleep soundly in the studio; there’s a queen-size bed in a cozy loft space above the kitchen (accessible via a ladder) and a sofa bed on the main floor. All linens are provided.
In the bathroom, you’ll find not only a shower, sink, toilet, and some storage space - but also fluffy towels and toiletries.
Craving a home-cooked meal? Turn your Pike Place Market finds into a gourmet feast in the full kitchen, which has all the dishes and cookware you’d need. Modern appliances include a fridge, freezer, stove, oven, dishwasher, and microwave. Top Chef, here you come! Meals can be enjoyed at the table for 2 next to the French balcony. Ahh, views!
Watching Sounders games or admiring Chihuly pieces can be exhausting, so you deserve to veg out on the couch. You’ll find a bluetooth speaker (we won’t judge your singing voice) and a 43-inch LED TV with a Roku, so you can log in to Netflix, Hulu, HBO Go, etc. with your own accounts (just remember to log out when you leave!).
Whether you’re staying for a night or a month, you’ll love this contemporary space.
Guest access
During your stay, you'll have total access to the apartment. I also recommend that you head up the stairs to the rooftop deck, where you enjoy the fantastic city views.
Access to the shared laundry room is available, and you can pay for the washers and dryers with a credit card.
Other things to note
If you do plan on bringing your own car or renting a car, be aware that although there is free street parking after 4pm, it can be difficult to find. I suggest parking at the parking lot that is south of the building on Boylston Avenue. It is less than a block from the building, and you can pay to park overnight there. My suggestion is to take Uber or use the train, but if you need a car, there are parking options nearby.
Access to the apartment is via stairs only.
You can arrange an early check-in or a late check-out. Please send me a message so I can give you the corresponding prices and give you more info.
For Pets/animals, please advise to check specific restrictions and possible fees.
PLEASE keep the noise to a minimum after 10PM.
Count on verified amenities like fast wifi and kitchens ready for cooking.
Each space is beautifully designed and full of character for a memorable stay.
Expect easy check-ins, quick responses from your host, and more.

Our stay was great! Location was perfect and Airbnb itself was nice! Small but just what you need if you are planning to spend most of your time out and about. Communication was also easy and prompt! Kitchen was a little lacking so don’t plan on cooking anything too extravagant if you stay here.
This was such a great spot in a great location. Great communication and super easy. Def would recommend.
Super clean, cozy, great walkable neighborhood. Great communication with hosts who also gave some lovely local places to go. Thanks for a great stay!
Very clean & safe place to stay. Affordable & centrally located. Highly recommended for a quiet cozy evening after a day of exploring. The host was attentive & kind.
There’s no better way to experience a city than by exploring on foot, and Capitol Hill is the perfect place to wander. You’ll find excellent restaurants and historic landmarks, and Downtown is just a 15-minute walk away. Besides the most famous Seattle highlights, like Pike Place Market and the Space Needle, don’t miss Capitol Hill’s Cal Anderson Park and the Jimi Hendrix Statue. Capitol Hill is also a fantastic destination for entertainment. You can catch music shows at Neumos and indie movies play at the SIFF Cinema Egyptian. Hungry? Don’t miss the Capitol Hill classics like Dick's Drive-In, Tacos Chukis, and Molly Moon's Homemade Ice Cream.
