✓ Professional cleaning before your arrival - We follow the CDC’s recommended cleaning procedures and use CDC approved cleaning supplies.
✓ Self-check-in with a code/lockbox/electronic lock. All forms of entry are cleaned after each guest departs
✓ All the in-unit amenities you need so you can social distance in comfort

Other things to note
If you do plan on bringing your own car or renting a car, be aware that although there is free street parking after 4pm, it can be difficult to find. I suggest parking at the parking lot that is south of the building on Boylston Avenue. It is less than a block from the building, and you can pay to park overnight there. My suggestion is to take Uber or use the train, but if you need a car, there are parking options nearby.
The apartment is accessible by stairs only.
You can arrange an early check-in or a late check-out. Please send me a message so I can give you the corresponding prices and give you more info.

Great location! Would definitely stay here again!
Michael’s spot is located in a great area. Walking distance from a lot of great restaurants and bars and a quick drive to Pike Place.
Loved our stay! Perfect spot for the 3 of us to have a work retreat for the podcast we do together. Everything we needed and wanted was at max a 15 minute walk, including SO many options for great food and amazing coffee. Will absolutely stay here again I ever come back to Seattle!
It was a cozy apartment heaters worked very well to keep the place nice and warm. The pull out bed was very convenient for naps and watching movies. Dino’s pizza is close by and is delicious definitely recommend. Location is prime not far from the city overall a great place to stay at to explore the city.
The apartment is smack-dab in the middle of Capitol Hill, one of Seattle’s most popular neighborhoods for entertainment and dining. Some of my top restaurant recommendations include Fogón Cocina Mexicana (love their house-made tortillas), U:Don Fresh Japanese Noodle Station (delicious noodle bowls), and BlueStone (low-key Korean spot). Craving some fresh air? Check out the Capitol Hill Farmers Market (open every Sunday) or wander through Cal Anderson Park. If you’re a music fan, you won’t want to miss seeing the Jimi Hendrix Statue on Broadway, just a couple minutes from the apartment.
