Social distancing? This private apartment is the perfect place to relax and stay healthy.
This modern studio is ideal for friends, couples, or business travelers who want more space and privacy than in a hotel room. With a full kitchen and access to the panoramic rooftop terrace, it’s perfect for short or long stays. The queen-size bed and sofa bed are great for up to 4 guests.
Free street parking after 4pm (subject to availability) and access via stairs only.
The space
We understand that there’s a lot of uncertainty in the world right now. But you can be sure about one thing: your Seattle rental will be squeaky clean and totally private. We’re taking the following measures to prevent the spread of COVID-19:
✓ Professional cleaning before your arrival - We follow the CDC’s recommended cleaning procedures and use CDC approved cleaning supplies.
✓ Self-check-in with a code/lockbox/electronic lock. All forms of entry are cleaned after each guest departs
✓ 2x sterilization by thoroughly disinfecting all surfaces manually and then using steam nanotechnology with handheld atomizers
✓ All the in-unit amenities you need so you can social distance in comfort
Spread out and relax in this 410-square-foot studio in Capitol Hill. You’ll be within walking distance of some of the best restaurants and bars in town - and the iconic Jimi Hendrix statue.
The studio has two beds: a queen-size bed in the cozy loft space (accessible via a ladder) above the kitchen and a comfy pull-out sofa on the main floor. All linens are provided.
Toiletries and towels are also provided in the bathroom, which features a sink, shower, toilet, and some storage space under the sink.
If you’ve picked up Washington produce or other local goodies at the Capitol Hill Farmers Market, you can cook up a storm in the full kitchen. You’ll star in your own episode of Top Chef with the quartz countertops, concrete floors. The fancy stainless steel appliances include an electric stove, an oven, a full-size fridge and freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave, and a toaster. There’s also a table for 2 when you want to dine in style.
After watching the fishmongers at Pike Place or whales in the Puget Sound, you will have earned some rest and relaxation. Veg out in front of the 43-inch LED TV or sing along to your favorite playlist on the bluetooth speaker. There’s a Roku, so you can log in to Netflix, Hulu, HBO Go, etc. with your own accounts (just remember to log out when you leave!). Or, just gaze out at the Seattle skyline from the French balcony.
Guest access
During your stay, you'll have total access to the apartment. I also recommend that you head up the stairs to the rooftop deck, where you enjoy the fantastic city views.
Access to the shared laundry room is available, and you can pay for the washers and dryers with a credit card.
Other things to note
If you do plan on bringing your own car or renting a car, be aware that although there is free street parking after 4pm, it can be difficult to find. I suggest parking at the parking lot that is south of the building on Boylston Avenue. It is less than a block from the building, and you can pay to park overnight there. My suggestion is to take Uber or use the train, but if you need a car, there are parking options nearby.
The apartment is accessible via stairs only.
You can arrange an early check-in or a late check-out. Please send me a message so I can give you the corresponding prices and give you more info.
For Pets/animals, please advise to check specific restrictions and possible fees.
**PLEASE keep the noise to a minimum after 10PM.
Count on verified amenities like fast wifi and kitchens ready for cooking.
Each space is beautifully designed and full of character for a memorable stay.
Expect easy check-ins, quick responses from your host, and more.

Amazing experience! Beautiful place, even better location! We truly loved the area. Michael is a great host. We would definitely stay there again. ♥️
It was very good. Much better than I expected
Super cute loft in a great location.
Great host and place. Would stay here again if in the area!
Ready to experience the best of the Emerald City? Capitol Hill is one of the most popular dining and entertainment districts. And it’s just a 15-minute walk from Downtown! Seattleites come to Capitol Hill from all over town for the variety of restaurant options. Some of my favorites are Fogón Cocina Mexicana (amazing house-made tortillas), BlueStone (casual Korean joint), and locally inspired Bateau with produce from a nearby farm. Other neighborhood highlights include Cal Anderson Park, the Jimi Hendrix Statue on Broadway, and the weekly Capitol Hill Farmers Market (open every Sunday).
