The space
We understand that there’s a lot of uncertainty in the world right now. But you can be sure about one thing: your Seattle rental will be squeaky clean and totally private. We’re taking the following measures to prevent the spread of COVID-19:
✓ Professional cleaning before your arrival - We follow the CDC’s recommended cleaning procedures and use CDC approved cleaning supplies.
✓ 2x sterilization by thoroughly disinfecting all surfaces manually and then using steam nanotechnology with handheld atomizers.
✓ Self-check-in with a code/lockbox/electronic lock. All forms of entry are cleaned after each guest departs
✓ All the in-unit amenities you need so you can social distance in comfort
Enjoy Seattle from this modern, 410-square-foot gem in Capitol Hill, one of the city’s most vibrant areas.
The apartment features a pull-out sofa on the main floor and a queen-size bed in the cozy loft space (accessible via a ladder) above the kitchen. You certainly won’t be sleepless in Seattle! All linens are provided.
The bathroom includes a sink, shower, toilet, and storage space under the sink. Basic toiletries and towels are provided.
In the fully equipped kitchen, you’ll find contemporary stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, and industrial-chic concrete floors. Appliances include a full-size fridge and freezer, an electric stove, an oven, a microwave, a toaster, a kettle, and a dishwasher. Pick up some seafood at Pike Place and make yourself a gourmet dinner!
After exploring Seattle, you deserve some rest and relaxation. Kick back on the L-shaped sofa and turn on the 43-inch LED TV or put some tunes on the bluetooth speaker. The apartment has a Roku, so you can log in to Netflix, Hulu, HBO Go, etc. with your own accounts (just remember to log out when you leave!).
Though Seattle has a rainy reputation, there are plenty of beautiful, sunny days - the perfect opportunity to step out on to your private balcony.
Guest access
During your stay, you'll have full access to the apartment and balcony. You're also welcome (highly recommended!) to enjoy the fantastic city views on the rooftop deck, which is just up the stairs.
Access to the shared laundry room is also available, and you can pay for the washers and dryers with a credit card.
Other things to note
If you do plan to bring your own car/rent a car, be aware that although there is free street parking after 4pm, it can be difficult to find. I suggest parking at the parking lot that is south of the building on Boylston Avenue. It is less than a block from the building, which you can pay to park overnight. My suggestion is to take Uber or use the train, but if you need a car, there are parking options.
The apartment is accessible by stairs only.
You can arrange an early check-in or a late check-out. Please send me a message so I can give you the corresponding prices and give you more info.
For Pets/animals, please advise to check specific restrictions and possible fees.
PLEASE keep the noise to a minimum after 10PM.

I enjoyed my time at Michael's place. The area was quiet, I was able to get a good night's sleep, the host was responsive, and there was plenty to do in the surrounding area. For book lovers, be sure to check out the nearby 'Twice Told Tales' bookstore, a real old-school bookstore not to be missed.
Nice and cozy stay in Seattle. Great host, nice apartment.
Very cute little loft studio. It was very clean and it a pretty cool location. Parking is a bit hard, but not impossible and the host (michael) provided a map to a great spot to park overnight. He also sent me a list of local eats and activities.
Great stay! Very walkable area.
The apartment is right in the middle of Capitol Hill, one of Seattle’s most popular neighborhoods for dining, nightlife, and shopping. You can find pretty much every cuisine and atmosphere in Capitol Hill’s restaurants and bars, from desserts at Pie Bar to traditional Tibetan dishes at Annapurna Cafe. Craving some fresh air? Take a stroll through Cal Anderson Park or check out the Jimi Hendrix Statue on Broadway. The Capitol Hill Farmers Market, which runs every Sunday, is also worth a visit.
