During onboarding, we schedule a call to learn about your property and tell you all about Modern Fox Rentals' services. Then, we'll visit your property in person or on a video call to do a walk-through, get a feel for the area and amenities, and answer any questions. After we meet, you'll be sent a questionnaire about your property, and once you fill it out, we can get going!

We'll schedule a time with you that's best for our professional photographers to come to take photos of your unit. Once the pictures are edited, we'll build your listing's profile from scratch or polish your existing listing. We then optimize pricing based on your location, write compelling content, and perform ongoing updates to ensure your listing stays high in the search results.

Your listing is launched!
Sit back and watch the bookings roll in! Besides handling all guest communication and reservation confirmations, we handle check-ins and check-outs and clean the property between stays. If there are any maintenance requests, we'll coordinate them with you or have our handy team members take care. You're in good hands now.

What's awesome about Modern Fox is that we use your OTA account (OTA - Online Travel Agency - Airbnb/VRBO). So, after a guest checks out, you'll receive payment through your OTA according to their standard payment schedule.
Modern Fox Rentals will invoice you monthly for our fee, cleaning costs, and supply restocking.
